We’ll set up everything for your crew to sip, snack, and snap Instagram-worthy photos — think plush pillows, vibes, sparkling drinks, and a full custom tablescape. Perfect before Broadway or as a laid-back break in your weekend of fun. Just show up ready to toast the bride and enjoy the vibe — we’ll handle the rest (and the cleanup). Our bachelorette picnics are designed for maximum beauty, comfort, and vibe. Additional Information: Age Limit: You must be 21 or older to book. 2-hour experience Ask us about add-ons like mimosa set up, charcuterie, gift favors or photo ops.Gratuity is optional. We generally recommend booking two weeks out! Please let us be aware of any food allergies or preferences If the temperature exceeds 90° any day outside of July 1st through August 31st the picnic must be rescheduled or held indoors for your safety.
Cancellation Policy
Pretty Picnics & Planning is committed to providing a seamless and professional experience for all events and picnics. To secure your booking and ensure clarity, the following terms apply: ✨ Deposits & Payments A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date. Final balances must be paid in full before your event. No services will be provided without full payment. ✨ Card on File & Charges A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Pretty Picnics & Planning may place a hold or charge your card for deposits, invoices, add-ons, unpaid balances, or incidentals as needed. ✨ Cancellations & Changes Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the event date for picnics and 30 days prior to event date for event bookings to avoid additional fees. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Last-minute changes may be subject to additional fees. ✨ Service Confirmation Your event is confirmed only once the deposit is received.
